วิธีการลบข้อมูล — แอปพลิเคชัน Chertam

บริษัท เชอทำ 1991 จำกัด (Chertam 1991 Co., Ltd.) เคารพสิทธิของคุณในการลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) หน้านี้อธิบายวิธีลบข้อมูลของคุณ

1. ลบรูปลองชุด (Try-On) ด้วยตนเองในแอป — ลบทันที

หากคุณเคยใช้ฟีเจอร์ลองชุดด้วยรูปถ่าย (AI Photo Try-On) คุณสามารถลบรูปทั้งหมด (รูปต้นฉบับและภาพผลลัพธ์) ได้ด้วยตนเองทันที:

1. เปิดแอป Chertam ไปที่ บัญชี (Account)
2. เลือก ความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy)
3. แตะ ลบข้อมูลการลองชุด (Delete try-on data)
4. ยืนยันในกล่องข้อความ — รูปเต็มตัวและภาพลองชุดที่ AI สร้างทั้งหมดจะถูกลบถาวรและกู้คืนไม่ได้ พร้อมถอนความยินยอม (ครั้งถัดไปที่ใช้ฟีเจอร์นี้ต้องยินยอมใหม่)

ฟีเจอร์นี้ใช้งานได้แล้วทั้งบน iOS และ Android การลบจะดำเนินการฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทันที ครอบคลุมรูปต้นฉบับ ภาพผลลัพธ์ และบันทึกการสร้างภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด — ผ่านอีเมล

หากต้องการลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดของคุณ โปรดส่งคำขอมาที่:

อีเมล: support@chertam.co.th

กรุณาระบุในอีเมล:

• หัวข้อ: "คำขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล / Account Deletion Request"
• อีเมลที่ใช้ลงทะเบียนบัญชี Chertam
• ชื่อที่แสดงในบัญชี (ถ้ามี) เพื่อช่วยยืนยันตัวตน

ขั้นตอนและระยะเวลา:

1. เราจะยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ยื่นคำขอ (เพื่อป้องกันการลบบัญชีของผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบ)
2. เมื่อยืนยันแล้ว เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ รวมถึงข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ ที่อยู่ รูปลองชุด รีวิว/สื่อ ประวัติแชท และโทเคนการแจ้งเตือน
3. เราจะดำเนินการภายในระยะเวลาที่ PDPA กำหนด โดยทั่วไปภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ยืนยันคำขอ

3. ข้อมูลที่อาจถูกเก็บต่อตามฐานทางกฎหมาย

แม้เราจะลบบัญชีของคุณ ข้อมูลบางส่วนอาจต้องถูกเก็บต่อเท่าที่จำเป็นตามฐานทางกฎหมาย ได้แก่:

• ธุรกรรมการเงิน/ใบเสร็จ/เอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษี — เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายว่าด้วยการบัญชีและภาษีอากรกำหนด
• เอกสารยืนยันตัวตน (KYC) และบันทึกที่เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการฉ้อโกง/ข้อพิพาท — เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดเพื่อเป็นหลักฐาน
• บันทึกการดำเนินการลบ (audit) — เก็บข้อมูลขั้นต่ำ (เช่น รหัสผู้ใช้ จำนวนรายการที่ลบ และวันเวลา) เพื่อพิสูจน์ว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามคำขอ โดยไม่เก็บเนื้อหาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ลบไปแล้ว

ข้อมูลที่เก็บต่อจะถูกจำกัดการเข้าถึงและถูกลบเมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

4. สำหรับผู้ที่เข้าสู่ระบบผ่านบัญชีโซเชียล

ปัจจุบันแอป Chertam เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยอีเมลและรหัสผ่าน หากในอนาคตมีการเปิดใช้การเข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน Facebook, LINE, Google หรือ Apple และคุณใช้ช่องทางดังกล่าว การลบบัญชี Chertam (ตามข้อ 2) จะลบข้อมูลที่เราเก็บไว้ นอกจากนี้คุณสามารถยกเลิกสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงของแอป Chertam ที่ฝั่งผู้ให้บริการได้ด้วย:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → เลือก Chertam → Remove
• LINE: LINE → Settings → Privacy/Account (Authorized apps / แอปที่เชื่อมต่อ) → เลือก Chertam → ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ
• Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps/access → เลือก Chertam → Remove access
• Apple: Settings → [ชื่อบัญชี] → Sign in with Apple → เลือก Chertam → Stop using Apple ID

การยกเลิกสิทธิ์ที่ฝั่งผู้ให้บริการหยุดการเชื่อมโยงบัญชี แต่ไม่ได้ลบข้อมูลที่เก็บในระบบ Chertam โดยอัตโนมัติ หากต้องการลบข้อมูลในระบบของเรา โปรดส่งคำขอตามข้อ 2

Data Deletion Instructions — Chertam App

Effective date: 6 July 2026 (2026-07-06)

Chertam 1991 Co., Ltd. respects your right to delete your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This page explains how to delete your data.

1. Delete Try-On Photos Yourself In-App — Immediate

If you have used the AI Photo Try-On feature, you can delete all such photos (originals and generated results) yourself, immediately:

1. Open the Chertam app and go to Account
2. Select Privacy
3. Tap Delete try-on data
4. Confirm in the dialog — all your full-body photos and AI-generated try-on images will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, and your consent is withdrawn (you'll need to consent again next time you use the feature).

This feature is available on both iOS and Android. Deletion runs server-side immediately and covers the original photos, generated results, and related generation records.

2. Delete Your Account and All Data — By Email

To delete your account and all your personal data, send a request to:

Email: support@chertam.co.th

Please include:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request / คำขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล"
• The email address registered to your Chertam account
• Your account display name (if any), to help verify your identity

Process and timeline:

1. We verify the identity of the requester (to prevent unauthorized deletion of someone else's account).
2. Once verified, we delete your personal data, including profile data, addresses, try-on photos, reviews/media, chat history, and notification tokens.
3. We act within the period required by the PDPA — generally within 30 days of confirming the request.

3. Data That May Be Retained on a Legal Basis

Even after we delete your account, some data may need to be retained as necessary on a legal basis:

• Financial transactions/receipts/accounting and tax records — retained for the period required by accounting and tax law.
• Identity documents (KYC) and fraud-prevention/dispute records — retained for a defined period as evidence.
• Deletion audit record — we keep minimal information (e.g. user ID, counts of items deleted, and timestamp) to demonstrate we honored the request, without retaining the deleted personal-data content itself.

Retained data is access-restricted and deleted once the legally required period ends.

4. For Users Who Signed In via a Social Account

The Chertam app currently uses email/password sign-in. If sign-in via Facebook, LINE, Google, or Apple is enabled in the future and you use it, deleting your Chertam account (per section 2) deletes the data we hold. You can also revoke Chertam's access on the provider's side:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select Chertam → Remove
• LINE: LINE → Settings → Privacy/Account (Authorized/Connected apps) → select Chertam → disconnect
• Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps/access → select Chertam → Remove access
• Apple: Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → select Chertam → Stop using Apple ID

Revoking access on the provider's side stops the account link but does not automatically delete data held in Chertam's systems. To delete data in our systems, submit a request per section 2.
